I'm totally a...That was impressively short, Cathy! I'm totally amazed. I start my clerkship on Monday...I'm uber nervous. My firm had me read "The Curmudgeon's Guide to Practicing Law." Essentially, the book chastizes you before you even get to the firm. Plus, it's written as if a curmudgeon is yelling at YOU. Yep, the book talks to you. It made me want to go hide in my linen closet. At one point, the curmudgeon said, if you can say it in one paragraph, do it; judges don't want to read 3-7 page briefs. Um, yeah, I'm pretty verbose myself. This should be interesting. Anyway, enough ranting on my part; it's the nerves talking.
